Available Positions

Full-time (32-40 hrs/week) | 12–8pm
$35-$36/hr, with $1,000 hiring bonus after 6 months
Oversees clinical compliance and quality for MaineCare-funded case management services
Carry a small caseload of clients to provide direct case management as needed.
Provides clinical supervision, training, and support to shelter and case management staff
Supports trauma-informed response, de-escalation, and connection to crisis/mental health services

Tedford Housing is seeking a dedicated and professional Evening Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Evening Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 40-hour a week, benefitted position, with a pay rate of $23-$24 per hour depending on experience. Hours will be Monday through Friday from 3:45 pm to 12:00 am.

Per diem, part-time, and full-time opportunities available, starting at $21/hr (+ $2/hr overnight differential)
Supports a safe, welcoming, and secure shelter environment for guests experiencing homelessness
Conducts guest intakes, maintains basic client records, assists with house activities, and helps uphold shelter guidelines
Works collaboratively with guests and staff while providing compassionate, trauma-informed direct support services
