Tedford Housing is seeking a custodial staff member with a desire to work to protect the health and safety of our clients, staff and community by ensuring a safe and clean environment at our new emergency housing building in Brunswick.
This is a full-time, benefitted position, at a rate of pay of $21 per hour.
Work hours are from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday, with a 30 minute break.

Tedford Housing is seeking per diem, part-time and full-time shelter support staff to join our emergency shelter team in Brunswick.
Acting in a direct-service role, this position will support a safe and secure environment for all guests, contribute to the program by engaging with guests, assist with house activities, and ensure that house rules and guidelines are followed. Shelter support staff conduct initial intakes for guests, maintain basic client records and provide orientation for those entering the shelter. Shelter staff are also responsible for light cleaning duties and organization of commons spaces.
The shelter is 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
Tedford is hiring for daytime, evening and overnight shifts, and each support staff member is required to work on at least one weekend day as part of their regular schedule.
The per diem and part-time positions are a non-benefitted position, with a rate of pay of $21/hour with a 3rd overnight shift differential of $2/hour.
The full-time positions are benefited for staff working 32 hours+, with a rate of pay of $21/hour with a 3rd overnight shift differential of $2/hour.

Tedford Housing is looking for a dynamic case manager to join Tedford Housing’s case management team.
This is a full-time, 40 hour a week, benefitted position, at a rate of pay of $26 per hour.
The Case Manager position will work with households that are unsheltered or precariously housed in the community or who are residing in our emergency shelters, with the goal of connecting clients to long-term housing options and offering supportive services and case management toward achieving and maintaining housing stability.
