Available Positions

    • Full-time (32 hrs/week), $35/hr | 12–8pm, 4 days per week

    • Oversees clinical compliance and quality for MaineCare-funded case management services

    • Carry a small caseload of clients to provide direct case management as needed.

    • Provides clinical supervision, training, and support to shelter and case management staff

    • Supports trauma-informed response, de-escalation, and connection to crisis/mental health services

    • Full-Time and benefitted position (32 hrs/week), $21/hr | 1–8pm, Monday–Friday

    • Helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in Tedford Housing's emergency shelter facility in Brunswick

    • Cleans and sanitizes common areas, offices, shelter spaces, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces

    • Assists with shelter unit turnovers, inventory management, and general facility upkeep

    • Works independently while supporting the health, safety, and dignity of guests, staff, and volunteers

    • Part-time (24 hrs/week), $25/hr | Occasional evenings/weekends required

    • Supports planning and execution of fundraising events, community events, and third-party engagements

    • Builds and stewards corporate sponsorships and community partnerships through outreach and relationship management

    • Assists with donor database management, mailings, acknowledgments, and event logistics

  • Full-Time (40 hrs/week), $26/hr | $1,000 Hiring Bonus

    • Provides case management and supportive services to families experiencing homelessness or housing instability

    • Helps families identify and secure long-term housing while building skills to maintain housing stability

    • Manages family shelter referrals, waitlists, intakes, service plans, and program documentation

    • Connects families with housing, community resources, crisis support, and other essential services

    • Full-Time (40 hrs/week), $27/hr | 2nd shift schedule (includes weekend flexibility)

    • Oversees evening operations of Tedford Housing's adult and family emergency shelter programs

    • Supervises Shelter Support Staff and helps ensure a safe, welcoming, and trauma-informed environment for guests

    • Supports guests in achieving housing and stability goals through collaboration with shelter and case management staff

    • Assists with shelter operations, staff development, discharge planning, reporting, and program quality improvement

    • Per diem, part-time, and full-time opportunities available, starting at $21/hr (+ $2/hr overnight differential)

    • Supports a safe, welcoming, and secure shelter environment for guests experiencing homelessness

    • Conducts guest intakes, maintains basic client records, assists with house activities, and helps uphold shelter guidelines

    • Works collaboratively with guests and staff while providing compassionate, trauma-informed direct support services
