If you're required to take minimum distributions from your IRA or another retirement plan, you can make a direct transfer of up to $100,000 to Tedford Housing. By doing so, you'll avoid paying income tax on the withdrawal, even if you don’t itemize deductions.

To initiate a gift, contact your IRA custodian. Be sure to include your name in the memo line of the distribution check so we can properly identify and thank you for your generous contribution.

Turn your returnable bottles and cans into a donation for Tedford Housing! Simply collect them in one of our tagged 'CLYNK' bags and drop them off at your local Hannaford. You can pick up a CLYNK bag at our office, located at 14 Middle St, Brunswick, Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Friday 9AM to 12PM.
