Tedford Housing’s mission is creating pathways from homelessness to home by partnering with people and their communities in Midcoast Maine. Following are recent board and staff announcements.
Board of Directors Elections
Four new members were elected to Tedford Housing’s board, including Cynthia Dechenes, MD, Toni Kemmerle, David Sinclair and Scott Upham. Dechenes, of Brunswick, is a family physician at Lincolnhealth Family Care Center. Kemmerle, of Brunswick, is principal attorney for the Maine Department of Transportation. Sinclair, of Bath, is an attorney with a law practice in Bath. Upham, of West Bath, is a managing partner for Cribstone Capital Management, LLC.
Board of Directors Officers
Joyce McPhetres, chief human resources officer at Community Health Options, was elected to president of the board; Roger Brodeur, social service supervisor quality assurance in the Office of Child & Family Services, was elected to vice president; Nonny Soifer, an attorney with a private practice in Brunswick, was re-elected to secretary; and Sarah Piper, commercial loan officer at Bath Savings Institution, was elected to treasurer.
Staff Announcements
Danielle Triffitt, of Topsham, was promoted from office manager to business manager. Andrea Meadows, of Lisbon, was hired as accounting assistant. Director of Operations Giff Jamison, of Brunswick, was appointed to the Sagadahoc County Board of Health.
