Craig Phillips, Executive Director

Craig PhillipsCraig Phillips came to Tedford Housing as Interim Executive Director in October, 2011 and became the permanent Executive Director in July 2012.  Craig is a resident of Auburn, and a graduate of the University Maine at Orono and Leadership Maine.  Prior to joining Tedford, Craig served for twenty-five years as the Executive Director at Common Ties Mental Health Services, a multi program agency located in Lewiston, serving adults with mental illness. Throughout his career, Craig has been involved in a variety of professional organizations, often in leadership roles, including the Auburn Lewiston Kiwanis Club, and the Maine Association of Mental Health Services.

Giff Jamison, Director of Operations

Giff JamisonGiff Jamison is the Director of Operations. He served as Housing and Resources Director at Tedford Housing between 2003 – 2008 before returning to the organization in 2011.  Giff is a recipient of the Minnesota Supportive Housing Consortium’s PiiNZHO Award for significant contributions in supportive housing. He is a graduate of the Mid Coast Maine Leadership Institute. Jamison serves on the Safe and Healthy Community Council, United Way of Mid Coast Maine, and is president of the United Voice Community Land Trust. He has 29 years of experience in the nonprofit sector that spans work in mental health, HIV/ AIDS and services for the homeless.

Jennifer Iacovelli, Director of Development

JenniferIacovelliJennifer Iacovelli joined Tedford Housing in July 2015. As Director of Development, Jennifer plans, directs and implements the marketing, fundraising, special events and public relations initiatives for Tedford Housing. Jennifer has more than a decade of experience in nonprofit development and communications in Maine. She is also a professional writer and the author of the book Simple Giving: Easy Ways to Give Every Day. The proud mom of two boys, Jennifer can often be found volunteering for the Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program’s BackPack Program.
