Warm Thy Neighbor is a service of Tedford Housing which provides heating assistance for those in need. We provide assistance for those with nowhere else to turn, special circumstances, and generally a household income at or below 170% of poverty level. Warm Thy Neighbor serves: Brunswick, Topsham, Harpswell, Orr’s and Bailey Islands, Durham, Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Lisbon, and Lisbon Falls. The average assistance per household is 100 gallons of heating oil.
